All our products enjoy two year limited warranty (valid in the USA, Canada, France and UK only).

If for any reason your unit malfunctions within two years from the date of purchase you may return the defective parts to us for examination. If we are unable to repair the device we will replace it free of charge.

The Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, willful abuse, or accidental damage.

To obtain warranty service on any Hoorboor’s products, please send us the complete use with leads and wires, your return address, a description of the problem along with a copy of your dated purchase receipt to: service@hoorboor.com.
